Sexual agency is the foundation of holistic sexuality. It is the power within, derived from a sense of self-worth and understanding of your preferences and values, which enable you to realize sexual well-being and health.

Agency is about where you are, your purpose and intention as you go through life, inside and outside of sexual connection. However it is particularly important to who you are as a sexual being. Our sexuality is ever changing and fluid, and we are constantly making decisions that will have intended and unintended consequences.

We will unpack what agency means, look at related skill sets, and explore why agency is so central to our ability to flourish as sexual beings and as human beings.
